Bitter gound, dried oyster spare ribs soup

For disperse heat, detox and care for eye sight.

Ingredient:
1. Soya beans 75g
2. bitter gound 300g
3. Dried oyster 6pcs
4. spare ribs 450g
5. ginger 2pcs

Methods:
1. Wash and soak soya beans for an hour. Drain and put aside.
2. Cut and remove the seeds of the bitter gound into big chunks.
3. Use boil water to soak the dried oyster till water cool. Wash it again.
4. Boil the spare ribs for a while. Drain.
5. Put 9 bowls of water and all the ingredients to slow cook for 2hrs. Add salt to taste.
