Pan-Fried Belly Pork

Ingredients
1. Belly pork 600g

Seasonings
1. sugar 1tsp
2. crushed black pepper 1/2tsp
3. hua diao wine 1tbsp
4. salt 1/2tsp
5. light soy sauce 1tsp

Method
1. Boil belly pork in a pot of water for about 15mins. Remove and soak into cold water.
2. Cut belly pork into 1/2cm thin slices.
3. Add seasoning and marinate for about 1hr.
4. Place belly pork into flat-bottom pan, pan-fry over medium-low heat till fragrant.
