Juicy Spare Ribs

Saw a few recipe from i-weekly, decided to type it down and I will try out some day... Looks yummy and tradition dish.

Ingredients
1. spare ribs 600g

Marinade
1. mustard sauce 1/2tbsp
2. soda powder 1/2tsp
3. pepper powder 1/4tsp
4. egg 1/2 pc
5. salt 1/4tsp
6. corn flour 2tbsp

Sauce
1. pineapple jam 250g
2. water 1/4 cup
3. chicken essence 1/4 small block
4. lime juice 3pc

Method
1. Mix marinade with spare ribs and set aside for 2 hours.
2. Deep fry spare ribs till fragrant.
3. Boil sauce, add fried ribs and cook till the sauce is fairly dried.
