Ingredients
1. white carrot x 1
2. orange carrot x 2 ( depend on the white carrot amount and own prefrence. Can be same amt with the white carrot.)
3. Si chuan cai x 2 (preserve veg from market)
4. chicken stock 1.5litre
Method
1. peel and cut all carrots in chunks.
2. soak si chuan cai for about 20-30mins. Wash and cut into big pieces.
3. Put all ingredient in chicken stock and boil.
4. Once it's boil, transfer to slow cooker or magic cooker to let it continue to cook for 1 or 2hrs. ( the taste will be better.)
