For this blog, I going to record all my "si fang cai". Some new creation and some from other sources... books, mag., etc... etc....

Will try to upload some photos.... try.....

Because of having 3 kids, and I'm cantonese, I prefer to have "lei tong" for my dinner. I can boil the soup in the morning and transfer to magic cooker. Save electricity and the soup taste even better. I'm not a real healthy person. Not knowing what is really good but I think simple soup won't be any big harm.... So taste will be a must for me esp. the men in the house thinks that way too!!!!

Ken and bubble monster love to drink soup, but not my afro monster. hmmm....Who will my little monster follow in future?????

Not only soup, I love to cook some simple dish. I will try to have less procedure but sometimes can't help it.....

I will also try out some instant dish from the supermarket. Sometimes I find it very interesting and some do taste good too!!!!
