Ingredients A
1. Roasted pork belly (cut into thick slices) 400g
2. Radish 1pc (cut into sections)
3. water 600ml
Ingredients B
1. bean paste 2tbsp
2. shallot 150g
3. garlic 100g
4. oil 3tbsp
Seasonings
1. light soy sauce 50ml
2. star anise 2pc
3. dark soy sauce 1tbsp
Method
1. Mash shallot and garlic.
2. Fry ingredients B till fragrant.
3. Add water and radish.
4. Add roasted pork slices and seasonings, fry evenly. stew over low heat till the sauce is fully absorbed.
