Mushroom Chicken with red dates

Ingredients:
1. Chicken 300g
2. Fresh Shitaki mushrooms x 5pcs
3. Red dates x 10pcs

Marinate:
1. salt x 1tsp
2. sugar x 1tbs
3. oyster sauce x 2tbs
4. pepper x 1tsp
5. seasame oil x 2tbs
6. 'hua diao' 1tbs

Methods:
Mix everthing together and steam 15 to 20mins.
