Had pack some left over roast chicken from restaurant. Didn't want to waste the food. So had cooked something out from it.Ingredient: 1. half spring roast chicken (shredded). 2. silk tofu 3. soya sauce 4. salt 5. sugar 6. oyster sauce 7. pepper
Method: 1. stir fry the chicken till hot. 2. Add the tofu and smached a bit, stir fry. 3. Add all the condiment. 4. Serve hot.
