Steamed Chicken with Special Sauce

Had try out this recipe in the new book, but ends up quite salty and I had bought the wrong bean paste. Should add some sugar, then it will not be so salty. I had modify this, instead of 1/2 chicken, I used chicken fillet. Ingredients
1. 1/2 chicken
2. 1tsp salt

Sauce
1. 3tbsp bean paste
2. 2tbsp minced garlic
3. padi chilli (chopped) (but I didn't add, don eat spicy food)
4. 100g diced pineapple
5. 3tbsp plum sauce
6. 1/2 block chicken essence
7. 3tbsp oil
8. 1/4cup water
9. 1tbsp corn flour

Method
1. rinse chicken. Rub with salt and marinate for 1 hr.
2. Steam chicken till cooked. Set to cold and chop into pieces.
3. Pour cooked sauce onto it.

Method for sauce
1. Heat oil, fry minced garlic and bean paste till cooked.
2. Add chilli, diced pineapple and plum sauce, fry evenly.
3. Lastly add chicken essence, water and corn flour, cook over low heat till the sauce is thickened.
